VOXEL//STUDIOS (VOXL) Minecraft Realms are independently operated online multiplayer communities intended primarily for mature teen and adult players. While server content is designed to remain appropriate and compliant with applicable Minecraft community and usage standards, participation is recommended for players age 16 and older due to the social, interactive, and user-generated nature of online multiplayer gameplay.

Players under the age of 18 should participate only with the knowledge and permission of a parent or legal guardian. Players under 13 are not permitted to independently register for or participate in VOXEL//STUDIOS community services.

Online Multiplayer Notice

Participation in a VOXEL//STUDIOS Realm or server may involve interaction with other independent players through gameplay, usernames, text chat, voice services, community platforms, or other multiplayer features.

Although VOXEL//STUDIOS may establish community rules, moderation systems, access controls, and enforcement procedures, we cannot guarantee the behavior, statements, actions, or content created or shared by every participant.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to evaluate whether online multiplayer interaction is appropriate for their minor before permitting participation.

Assumption of Risk

By accessing or participating in a VOXEL//STUDIOS Realm, server, event, community, or related service, each player acknowledges the ordinary risks associated with online multiplayer environments, including exposure to user-generated communications, technical interruptions, server resets, gameplay changes, loss of virtual progress, moderation actions, and interactions with third parties.

Players are responsible for protecting their own Microsoft, Minecraft, Discord, and other third-party account credentials and should never disclose passwords, private authentication information, financial information, home addresses, or other sensitive personal information to other players.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VOXEL//STUDIOS, its owners, operators, administrators, moderators, contractors, affiliates, and associated entities shall not be liable for losses, damages, claims, or expenses arising from or related to:

• server downtime, technical failures, corrupted data, maintenance, resets, updates, or service interruptions;

• unauthorized access to a player's third-party account caused by the player's disclosure or mishandling of credentials;

• actions taken by Microsoft, Mojang Studios, Minecraft, Discord, hosting providers, internet service providers, or other independent third-party platforms;

• moderation decisions, suspensions, bans, removals, or restrictions imposed in accordance with community rules;

• incompatibilities or changes resulting from Minecraft updates, add-ons, resource packs, behavior packs, third-party software, or platform requirements; or

VOXEL//STUDIOS does not guarantee uninterrupted server operation, permanent preservation of worlds or player data, continued availability of any particular feature, or compatibility with future versions of Minecraft.

Server rules, worlds, features, add-ons, access requirements, and community policies may be modified when reasonably necessary for security, moderation, technical operation, community health, legal compliance, or continued development of the experience.
